What will you be?

Will you have your Mama's eyes, that are ocean blue?
Or will they be brown and sparkle, just like Daddy's do?

Will your hair be golden blonde, like sunlight angels spin?
Or will it be black like Daddy's, though it's getting thin?

Will you be like your Mama, loving school and teaching?
Or will you be just like Dad, loving church and preaching?

Will you be just like Mom, wanting puppy kisses?
Or will you be more like Dad, adoring purring kittens?

Will elephants and cotton candy, be what you long after?
Or will you be Dad's little clown, and fill the world with laughter?

We often wonder what you'll be, our bundle from above
But one thing you'll always be, from Mom and Dad is loved
